Options and Costs

Work & Travel USA brings a wide range of benefits that will last long after you return home:

	You can work in just about any job available in the US for up to 12 months
	A Pre arranged job is not required
	Choose the departure date that suits you

Costs

• 12 Months: $1,540 - Includes 13 months of Comprehensive Medical & Baggage Insurance.

Summer Work & Travel USA allows eligible Uni or TAFE students to work in the USA for a maximum of 3 months and to travel at the end of their working period for up to a maximum of 30 days during their summer vacation.

Cost: $650 - Includes up to 5 months of Comprehensive Medical and Baggage Insurance.

You can find a job either before your departure or after your arrival in the US.

We give you information on how to write your CV and cover letter and tips on approaching employers on your own. Please note that any job that you find independently will need to be approved by CIEE.

	Insurance for trip cancellation or trip interruption.

Payment

1. Deposit of $250 when submitting application
2. Balance of fee is payable on acceptance by Student Placement Australia.

Cancellation & Refund Policy:

Cancellations will only be accepted in writing and will be effective at the date received by Student Placement Australia Pty Ltd. Refunds will be made according to the following schedule:

1. If your application does not meet our eligibility criteria you will be refunded in full.
2. If you withdraw from the program:
   • Prior to being issued with your DS-2019 form you will be refunded in full less $ A250.
   • After being issued with your DS-2019 form you will be refunded in full less $ A350.
